On request of the private appartement house owners, the consulting firm wolf engineers + consultants provided third party peer services for construction acceptance and reception.
In order to optimize the available parking space, the underground parking garage is equipped with an automatic vehicle management system. On request all underground spaces are protected with an automatic fire protection system.
