The City of Munich has planned the purchase of a residential building new construction with day-care facility and basement parking. The building shall provide 19 dwelling units of different size for disadvantaged citizens.
The building shell was finished, but due to insolvency of the devellopper, the construction remainded without completion for about five years. For the rescission of the purchase agreement, the State Capital of Munich awarded wolf engineers + consultants with third party peer reviewer services for the evaluation of the design and the partially built portions of the building services.
