The owner builds a new combined cycle power station in Lubmin on Baltic Sea shore. The new bidirectional natural gas pipeline once supplies the power station with natural gas from the Central European gas grid and twice links the planned Baltic Sea Pipeline with the Central European gas grid. The project includes compressing stations in Börnike, isolation and pipe scraper launching and receiving stations.
