Baku, the Capital of Azerbaijan, possesses a 4.5 km (2.8 miles) long esplanade on Caspian Sea shore. This park is the most important green and recreational area and an important element of urban planning for the Metropolis.
The park development started after World War II, on reclaimed land, for recreation and flood protection. However, the park is deteriorated and does not offer sufficient flood protection.
The project aims to improve the conditions and to develop a contemporary urban and landscape design and to improve the conditions of the utilities and transport.

design of new construction and restructure, modernization, improvement, restoration existing of lines and structures:
- potable water and irrigation network
- sanitary sewer: gravity mains, pumping stations, pressure mains, vacuum sewer system for piers
- natural high pressure and low pressure gas lines and stations
- fountains
