Ufa, the Capital of Russian province Bashkortostan, has approximately 1.1 Mio inhabitants. The city is located on a rock basement surrounded by a major sinuosity of the Belaya river, ranging between 50 and 100 m above the river.
It is planned to develop new residential and commercial areas on this embankment and to upgrade the adjacent urban areas and to develop a new city area on the opposite river banks. The geospatial master plan includes water supply, wastewater, stromwater, power, gas and district heating components.

responsibilities
design of extension and upgrading of existing public utilities, hydraulic modeling of new and connecting existing network:
- potable water and irrigation network
- sanitary sewer: gravity mains, pumping stations, pressure mains, vacuum sewer system
- district heating system and natural distribution
- medium and low voltage power services
